Betty Jean Fountain Click for Condolences      Printable Version 1946 - 2017 Funeral services for Betty Jean Fountain, 70, of Silsbee will be 2:00 pm Sunday February 12, 2017 at Farmer Funeral Home with interment to follow at Franks Branch Cemetery in Fred. Visitation will be Saturday from 5:00 pm until 8:00 pm at the funeral home. Mrs. Fountain passed away February 8, 2017 at her residence. She was born October 18, 1946 in Evadale and was a longtime resident of Silsbee. She was a homemaker. Betty is preceded in death by her parents Raymond Carroll and Rosa Ray Tanton Loftin; husband of 45 years Bruce Wain Fountain; daughter Mary Elkins; brothers Carroll Loftin, Jim Loftin, Walter Loftin, Roy Loftin and Randy Loftin; and two grandchildren. Survivors include daughters Jo Ann Blair of Spurger, Pamela McWilliams of Silsbee, Elizabeth McPherson of Jena, LA, Tina Anderson of Fred, and Onneta Knighten of Silsbee; brothers Ricky Loftin, and Dennis Loftin both of Fred; sisters Laura Faye Garsee of Warren, Billy Wilson of Fred, Onneta Eason of Fred, and Gale Essary of Spurger; twelve grandchildren and fourteen great grandchildren. Betty will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved her.
