Michael Evans Thomason Click for Condolences      Printable Version 1961 - 2017 A graveside service for Michael Evans Thomason, 55, of Buna will be 10 am Thursday, February 16, 2017 at Sudduth Bluff Cemetery in Newton County under the direction of Farmer Funeral Home. Visitation will be Wednesday from 5 pm until 8 pm at the funeral home. Mr. Thomason passed away February 12, 2017 at his residence. He was a native of Houston and a longtime resident Houston before moving to Buna 5 years ago. Michael worked for the Texas Department of Corrections as a Correctional Officer and served his country proudly in the United States Army. He is preceded in death by his parents Glenn and Clovese Thomason; and brother Dennis Thomason. Survivors include his wife Ashley Thomason of Buna; son Landon Thomason of Buna; daughter Crystal Thomason of Kose, TX; two grandchildren Tyson and Trinity; and numerous nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews. Michael will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved him.

I love you and miss you already, even though you was cranky and stubborn all the time. You will truly be missed. you was right about Hayleigh and I will always be your 2nd wife.
