Millard Boogie Callicoat, 74, of Scottown, Ohio passed away Wednesday, February 15, 2017 at Cabell Huntington Hospital, Huntington, WV. He was born January 7, 1943 in Scottown, Ohio son of the late William and Doris Callicoat. In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by two brothers John and Mack Callicoat; and one sister Brenda Morris. He retired from AEP. He is survived by his wife Karen Miller Callicoat; three daughters Barbara (Kent) Lowery of Burlington, Ohio, Jenny (Kris) Gibson of Scottown, Ohio and Sam Callicoat of Scottown, Ohio; seven grandchildren Kristie, Jessica, Deanna, Keith, Cassandra, Shelley and Nicholas; seven great grandchildren; four brothers Ron Callicoat, Billy Callicoat (Vanessa), Larry Callicoat (Lillian) and Bob Callicoat; one sister Betty Smith (Fred); and several nieces and nephews. Funeral service will be conducted 2 p.m. Sunday, February 19, 2017 at Hall Funeral Home and Crematory, Proctorville, Ohio with Pastor Gordon Simpson officiating. Burial will follow in Pleasant Ridge Cemetery, Proctorville, Ohio. Visitation will be held 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. Saturday, February 18, 2017 at the funeral home. Condolences may be expressed to the family at www.timeformemory.com/hall. ***THIS SERVICE HAS BEEN POSTPONED UNTIL FURTHER INSTRUCTIONS FROM THE FAMILY DUE TO THE FAMILY ILLNESS**** FUNERAL SERVICE ARE RE-SCHEDULED FOR 2 p.m. Sunday, March 5, 2017 AT HALL FUNERAL HOME AND CREMATORY, PROCTORVILLE, OHIO. BURIAL WILL FOLLOW IN PLEASANT RIDGE CEMETERY, PROCTORVILLE, OHIO. VISITATION WILL BE HELD ONE HOUR PRIOR TO THE SERVICE AT THE FUNERAL HOME.
