James Martin Harber Click for Condolences      Printable Version 1955 - 2017 James Martin Harber, 61, of Proctorville, Ohio passed away Friday February 17, 2017 at St. Mary’s Medical Center, Huntington, WV. He was born March 3, 1955 in Huntington, WV to the late James Oliver and Liza Jane Johnson Harber. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by an infant daughter Malinda Harber. He is survived by his son Craig Harber; and three grandchildren Haley, Dakota, and Brianna Harber. Funeral service will be conducted 2 p.m. Monday February 20, 2017 at Hall Funeral Home and Crematory, Proctorville, Ohio by Rev. Eddie Salmons. Burial will follow in Miller Memorial Gardens, Miller, Ohio. Visitation will be held from 1 to 2 p.m. Monday February 20, 2017 at the funeral home.
