Timothy Allen Courts, 52, of Milton, passed away February 17, 2017, at St. Mary’s Medical Center. He was born October 23, 1964, in Cabell County, WV, a son of the late Rev. Herbert Courts and Lucille Cooper Courts. He attended Freedom Life Church. He is survived by two sons, Christopher Courts of Barboursville, and Ethan Wiseman of Milton; one brother and sister-in-law, Jerry and Kathy Courts; his fiancee, Lisa Smith; several nieces, nephews and a host of friends and family. Funeral services will be conducted at 1 p.m. Thursday, February 23, 2017, at Wallace Funeral Home, Milton, by Pastor Kevin Shull. Burial will be in Maupin Cemetery. Visitation will be one hour prior to the service at the funeral home. Condolences may be expressed to the family at www.timeformemory.com/wallace.

Sorry for the loss. Timmy was a good friend who fought a hard battle. I'll miss him seeing him riding up & down Rt.60 & at the restaurant. Stopping by & just shooting the bull. Tim knew the Lord Jesus as his Savior. Sad to see him go but knew where he was heading & im glad that one day I will see him again Rest easy now buddy.
