 Funeral services for Sheila Jane Moon, 58, of Silsbee will be 1:00 pm Friday, April 21, 2017 at Farmer Funeral Home with interment following in Morse Cemetery in Buna. Visitation will begin at 5:00 pm Thursday at the funeral home.
Ms. Moon passed away April 17, 2017 at Baptist Hospital in Beaumont.
She was born December 9, 1958 in Sulphur LA to James T and Betty Jane Hood Moon. Sheila was a longtime resident of Silsbee. She worked as a loan officer before retiring.
Ms. Moon is preceded in death by her father; and sister Pamela Suzette Moon.
She is survived by her mother Betty Moon Derryberry of Silsbee; sons Joshua Thomas Hamner of Denham Springs LA, Jeremiah Dustin Hamner of Centre AL, Jacob Howard Secrest, Jessie Secrest and Douglas Secrest, all of Denham Springs LA; brother Joseph Thomas Moon of San Augustine; sister Tammy Moon Andrews of Evadale; and grandchildren Kitana, Jade, Brice, Brayden, Brianna, Jeremiah II, Hayden, Hannah and Makayla.
Sheila will be missed by her loving family and many friends.
