Dena Renee Lewis Click for Condolences      Printable Version 1975 - 2017 Dena Renee Lewis, 41, of Huntington, WV passed away Saturday April 15, 2017 at Cabell Huntington Hospital, Huntington, WV. She was born December 27, 1975 in Huntington, WV. She was preceded in death by her father Jimmy Farren and stepsister Chasity Flowers. She was a Registered Nurse and a home interior decorator. She is survived by her husband Eddie Lewis; mother Shirley (Sam) Chapman; one son Hunter; three daughters Madison, McKenzie, and Sara; three sisters Regina (Howard E.), Crissy, and Sandy; one brother Randy (Deidre); mother-in-law Donna Broughton; several nieces and nephews; and special friends Michelle, Tara, and Pam. The family would like to express a special thanks to friends and co-workers at Huntington VA Medical Center, Disabled American Veterans, Chris Vickery, and Travis Gue for all their love and support. Private family services will be held. Burial will be in Ridgelawn Memorial Park, Huntington, WV. Hall Funeral Home and Crematory, Proctorville, Ohio is in charge of arrangements. Shirley, I am so very sorry for the loss of Dena. I remember when she would come into the office and visit. She always had a smile on her face. There really aren't any words to lessen the pain of this great loss. Many prayers are being lifted for you and the entire family. Much love.
