Funeral services for Ettie Elizabeth 'Puddin' Bell Garoutte, 77, of Nederland will be 10:00 am Monday, May 8, 2017 at Farmer Funeral Home with interment following in Baker Bell Cemetery in Fred. Visitation will be from 9:00 am Monday until time of service at the funeral home.
Mrs. Garoutte passed away May 4, 2017 at the Medical Center of Southeast Texas in Port Arthur.
She was born April 1, 1940 in Fred to A V and Becky Calloway Bell.
Ettie grew up in Fred and lived in Nederland for over 33 years. Mrs. Garoutte was a loving daughter, sister, mother, grandmother and friend.
Ettie is preceded in death by her parents; husband Burl Garoutte; son Mark Foxworth; brothers A V ‘Cowboy’ Bell Jr, Dizzy ‘Pete’ Bell, Samuel ‘Bill’ Bell and Britton Bell; sisters Hautence Baker, Tennie ‘Nig’ Moore and Mary Hicks; and daughter-in-law Lori Bell.
Survivors include sons Rick Foxworth and wife Sharon of Warren, Lester Foxworth of Shepherd, Kenneth Foxworth and wife Dawn of Wildwood and Paul Foxworth of Nederland; brother George ‘Buddy’ Bell and wife Rose of Fred; sister Jeanette Rao of Alexander AR; eight grandchildren and five great grandchildren.
