James Ronald Napier, 69, of Huntington, WV passed away Thursday May 4, 2017 at home. James was born July 12, 1947 in Wayne Co., WV. He was preceded in death by his father William Edward Napier, Jr. and a brother William “Eddie” Napier III. James is survived by his mother Hazel Hale Napier; three children Brian (Patti) Napier, Veronica Napier, and Jamie Glover; two sisters: Linda(Tiny) Clark, and Mary Triplett; nine grandchildren: Trina, Amanda, Caleb, Joey, Zack, Kelley, Jon, Joey and Abigail; many great grandchildren, nieces, family, and friends that will miss him. There will be no services per his wishes. Hall Funeral Home and Crematory, Proctorville, Ohio is in charge of arrangements. Condolences may be expressed to the family at www.timeformemory.com/hall.
