Winifred Elaine Vincin Click for Condolences      Printable Version 1919 - 2017 Winifred Elaine Vincin, 97, of Silsbee passed away May 5, 2017 at Pine Arbor Health Care. Winifred was born September 23, 1919 to John and Olivia Mattingly. She lived in Baytown before moving to Silsbee twenty-five years ago. She was a homemaker. She is preceded in death by her parents; husband Andrew Anthony Vincin and brothers Thomas Jay Mattingly and Wallace Augusta Mattingly. Survivors include her loving companion of 25 years Keith Cook of Silsbee; son Miles Vincin of Missouri City, Texas; grandchildren Selena Lee Vincin of Plano and Shannon Gwynn Vincin-Claunch of Lynchburg, Virginia and great grandchildren Samantha, Rhianna, Aeryn, Alexandria and Grayson. No service is scheduled at this time.
