Elsie Darlene Delk Click for Condolences      Printable Version 1950 - 2017 Funeral services for Elsie Darlene Delk, 66, of Silsbee will be at 1:00 pm Monday, May 22, 2017 at Farmer Funeral Home with interment following in R.S. Farmer Memorial Cemetery. Visitation will be from 5:00 to 8:00 pm Sunday at the funeral home. Mrs. Delk passed away May 18, 2017 in Orange. Elsie was a long time resident of Silsbee. She worked as a safety engineer at Exxon Mobile. Mrs. Delk had a strong love for God and enjoyed reading and studying the Bible. She is preceded in death by her father Richard Harrod. Survivors include her husband Michael Delk of Silsbee; mother Elsie Wise Harrod of Silsbee; sons Christopher Delk and wife Keri of The Woodlands, Brett Delk and wife Danielle of San Antonio; daughter Diana Delk and Scott Dill of Lumberton; brothers Gary Harrod and wife Nancy of Silsbee; sisters Pam Holmes and husband Lonnie of Silsbee, Penny Jackson and husband John of Midland; grandchildren Colby Delk, Corey Delk, Jacob Delk, Cassandra Delk, Kaylee Delk, Zoey Delk, Theron Dill, Kalysta Dill, Jordan Carter Sr. and wife Taylor McGrath and great grandchild Jordan Carter Jr. Elsie was a loving wife, daughter, mother, sister, grandmother and friend. She will be missed by all who knew and loved her.

So sorry for your loss. I worked with Darlene on many committees in ExxonMobil and I was sad to hear she had become ill. May God be with you during your time of loss.
