Hazel Wiley Browning, 91, of Milton, WV passed away on June 3, 2017 at St. Mary’s Medical Center. For the last three years, Hazel was a resident at Regency Place in Scott Depot, WV. Born on April 20, 1926 in Logan, WV, Hazel was the daughter of the late William and Myrtle T. Wiley. A Christian for 60 years, Hazel was a member of Bethel Baptist Church in Milton, WV. She was preceded by her husband of 52 years, Harry Browning; a daughter, Harrietta Workman, and a sister, Bessie Fuller Gore. She is survived by a daughter, Nancy (Bill) Zirkle of South Boston, VA, a granddaughter, Amy Zirkle of South Boston, Va, a grandson, Adam Zirkle of Danville, VA, a son-in-law, Titus Workman of Roanoke Rapids, NC and many nieces, nephews, and cousins. Graveside services will be conducted on Tuesday, June 6, 2017 at 2 p.m. at Highland Memory Gardens at Pecks Mill, WV by Rev. Henry Damron. Arrangements by Wallace Funeral Home, Milton.
