Frances Louise Noble, a longtime resident of the South Point area died Sunday June 4th 2017 at 8:50 am at the Emogene Dolin Jones Hospice House in Huntington, WV. Frances was born, November 26, 1942 in South Charleston, WV, daughter of Willard Vincent Neal and Helen Weekly-Neal. She was preceded in death by her parents Willard and Helen Neal; her brother Charles Neal; and sons Jerry Matthew Noble and Willard Lee Noble. She is survived by her brother Willard Vincent Neal of Canton, Ohio and Irene Neal-Taylor of Huntington, WV, children and their spouses daughter Cherri Lynn Noble-Sewell, Timothy Dean Sewell of South Point Ohio and Harlan Lee Noble and Andrea O’Hare of Raleigh, North Carolina; 11 grandchildren and their spouses, Anthony Brett Sewell, Alicia Renee Sewell of South Point, Jennifer Renee’ Bryant and Scott Ward Bryant of Columbus, Ohio, Keri Anne Veazey and Michael Patrick Veazey of Portsmouth Ohio, Cody Ryan Sewell of South Point, Ohio, Christopher Joseph Noble and Ginger Dawn Noble of Chesapeake, Ohio, Thomas Anthony Noble and Tiffani Reneigh Vaughn of Chesapeake, Ohio, Brandon Matthew Noble and Alyssa Scott of South Point, Ohio and Melanie Antonia Noble of Chesapeake, Ohio, Colin O’Hara of Raleigh, North Carolina, Bryce O’Hara of Raleigh, North Carolina and Isaiah Noble of Raleigh North Carolina, 9 great, Hailey Mae Chapman, Ezeekul Nakota Crisp, Braylin Xavier Ciaccia, Colton Shayne Vaughn, Gabriel Scott Chapman, Ariana Grace Noble, Sophia Grace Veazey, Pasilee Shay Noble, and Liam Alexander Sewell. Frances graduated from Huntington Junior College as a medical assistant. She had also worked as a nursing assistant throughout the years. She enjoyed studying the family’s genealogy and crafting but most of all she enjoyed spending time with her family. A memorial service will be held 1 p.m. Wednesday, June 7, 2017 at Walnut Hills Church of the Nazarene, 340 Norway Avenue, Huntington, WV.
