I am sorry to hear that Coach Bobbitt passed away. He was such a kind and generous man. He was my gym coach in Jr. High, my driver's ed instructor, and my homeroom teacher in high school. He always had time to talk about anything. I graduated in 1987. He encouraged us to follow our dreams and we could do great things. He is one of the reasons I had the confidence to leave my home and family and move to Africa and work as a volunteer with children living in extreme poverty. We were just talking about him a couple of days ago and how he made a differance in so many lives. Rest in peace dear man. You will be greatly missed.

I am so sorry to hear of the passing of Coach Bobbitt. He had a calling of being a great teacher and coach. He was my basketball coach at Chance-Loeb Jr. High School 7th - 9th grade. He also taught me history and made it "come alive" for our classes. You see, I was not a fan of history. But Coach Bobbitt would sit on the edge of his desk and tell us the history story for the days teaching. It was as if Coach Bobbitt gave us a ringside seat at the historical event. He was the best history teacher I ever had. Bobbitt Family, please know that I am praying for you and I know we will see him in Heaven. He loved The Lord and lived his life accordingly. God Bless You all, Barbara McDaniel
