Charlotte Ann Eller, 86, of Barboursville, WV, passed away Tuesday, June 20, 2017. Funeral services will be conducted at 12:00 noon Saturday, June 24, 2017 at the Wallace Funeral Home & Chapel with Pastor Gordon Rutherford officiating. Burial will be in White Chapel Memorial Gardens. She was born January 15, 1931 in Cabell County, a daughter of the late Rufus and Margaret Hart Barbour. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Miskel Eller, one son, Robert W. Ray Jr., and one stepson, Kenneth Eller. She attended Olive Missionary Baptist Church. She is survived by two daughters, Beverlee Perry of Chattanooga, TN, and Jonna Dial of Huntington; one son, Christopher Ray of Philadelphia, PA; one stepdaughter, Robin Wilson of Kenova, WV; one stepson, David Eller of Barboursville; one brother, Richard Barbour of Ohio; a host of grandchildren, great grandchildren, and great great grandchildren; two beloved pets, Doogie and Bandit; and all her wonderful and caring neighbors whom she loved very much. Visitation will be from 6-8 pm Friday at the Wallace Funeral Home, Barboursville. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions made to Little Victories Animal Rescue, P.O.
