Michael Brian Foster, 39, of Milton, WV, passed away Thursday, July 20, 2017. Graveside services will be conducted at 11 a.m. Wednesday, July 26, 2017, at Zoar Cemetery with Pastor Kevin Shull officiating. He was born December 21, 1977 in Yuba City, California, a son of Steven Foster and his wife Janet of Kenova and Brenda Williams Wickline and her husband Tom of Milton. He is also survived by one brother, Steven Wesley Foster and his wife Melissa of Milton; two nieces, Taylor and Madison Foster; one nephew, Benjamin Foster; and a special family friend, Tyler Jackson.
