Terri Lynn Adkins, 48, of South Point, Ohio passed away Saturday August 5, 2017. She was born April 16, 1969 in Huntington, WV. She was preceded in death by one niece Tonya Lynn Black. She is survived by her husband Steve Adkins; father Bobby Black of Proctorville; mother and stepfather Faye and Ernie Sheppard of South Point, Ohio; one son Justin Adkins of South Point; two sisters Sue A. Scarberry of Chesapeake and Brenda Lee Taylor of Poca, WV; nieces and nephews Brittany, Danny Lee, Savanna, Jonathan, Jessica “Jet Jet”, Calvin, Jeffrey, and Ashley. Funeral service will be conducted 2 p.m. Thursday August 10, 2017 at Hall Funeral Home and Crematory, Proctorville, Ohio by Pastor Gordon Simpson and Pastor Tom Jones. Burial will follow in Miller Memorial Gardens, Miller, Ohio. Visitation will be held from 1 to 2 p.m. Thursday August 10, 2017 at the funeral home.
