Robert Bradford Skaggs, 40, of Huntington, WV, passed away Friday, August 11, 2017. Funeral services will be 2 p.m. Tuesday, August 15, 2017 at the Wallace Funeral Home & Chapel, Barboursville by Pastor Greg Wagoner. Burial will be in Bowen Cemetery. He was born May 3, 1977 in Huntington, WV, a son of Robert Lee Skaggs of Barboursville and the late Kathy Browning Skaggs. He was preceded in death by one son, Robert Dakota Skaggs and one sister, Amy Clay. In addition to his father, he is survived by his wife, Kelly Bias Skaggs; two daughters, Haleigh and Taylor Skaggs; two sisters, Lori Lemon of Scott Depot and Sarah Skaggs of Huntington. Visitation will be 12 to 2 p.m. Tuesday at the Wallace Funeral Home, Barboursville. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the funeral home to help with expenses.
