Funeral services for Jesse Lee Oden, 67, of Kountze will be 10:00 am Tuesday, August 22, 2017 at Farmer Funeral Home in Silsbee with interment following at 2:00 pm at Trout Creek Cemetery in Call, Texas. Visitation will be 5:00 pm until 8:00 pm Monday at the funeral home.
Mr. Oden was born June 30, 1950 to William A. and Marjorie Oden in Bakersfield, CA. He passed away August 17th at Christus St. Elizabeth Hospital in Beaumont. Jesse was a heavy equipment operator in the construction industry.
He is preceded in death by his parents and brother Jack Oden.
Survivors include his wife Cathy Oden of Kountze; son David Justin Oden and wife Gray of Mathew, NC; daughter Jessica Colton and husband Dallas of Kountze; sisters Dixie Smith of Medford, Oregon and Lynn Cunningham of Oregon; sisters-in-law Linda Norrell and husband Richard, Debbie Pierce, Betty Murphy and Johnnie Ruth Grohn; grandchildren David Gray Oden, Aria Colton and Sebastian Colton and extended family Beverly Burchfield and family.
