Vickey Ann Heffner, 56, of Chesapeake, Ohio passed away Tuesday, September 26, 2017 at home. She was born March 22, 1961 in Huntington, WV daughter of the late Norman and Haney Russell Heffner. She was a member of Sybene Independent Missionary Baptist Church. She worked as a beautician and a home health aide where she brought beauty and joy by caring for those around her. She is survived by one son Jason Heffner of Dunbar, WV; one sister Karen Heffner; four brothers David (Susie) Heffner, Ed (Angie) Heffner, Steve (Teresa) Heffner, and Gary (Susie) Heffner; and numerous nieces and nephews. Funeral service will be conducted 11 a.m. Saturday, September 30, 2017 at Sybene Independent Missionary Baptist Church, South Point, Ohio with Pastor D.L. Webb officiating. Burial will follow in Union Hill Cemetery, Chesapeake, Ohio. Visitation will be held 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. Friday, September 29, 2017 at the church.
