Roberta Star Holley, 75, of Proctorville, Ohio passed away Tuesday October 10, 2017 at home. She was born May 17, 1942 in Huntington, WV. She was the mother of six children Terry Kipp, Rebecca Anderson, Janet Mayo, Tony Kipp and Danny Kipp who survive and one son Leonard Kipp, III preceded her in death; 15 grandchildren Samantha Kipp, Leonard Kipp,IV, Sherry Kipp, Lee Ann Kipp, Terry M. Kipp, Stephanie Anderson, Katrina Anderson, Sabrina Arrington, Tabatha Kipp, Brittany Kipp, Dallas Kipp, Cierra Kipp, Destiny Heck and Isabella Anderson who survive, and Stephen M. Anderson who preceded her in death; 9 great grandchildren Katie, Cody, Clayton, Cloe, Whitney, Alyssa, Savannah, Isabella and Olivia. She was retired from Huntington State Hospital. She loved to play bingo and had many friends. She was greatly loved and will be missed terribly. A graveside service will be held 1 p.m. Friday, October 13, 2017 at Crown City Cemetery, Crown City, Ohio. Burial will follow. There will be no visitation.
