Cassandra Lynn Elkins McCoy 47, of Circleville, OH, passed away October 28, 2017 after a brief illness. She was born on Nov. 8, 1969 in Cabell County. She was preceded in death by grandmother Violet Bailey Keenan, grandfather Oza Keenan, grandmother Estil Elkins, grandfather Woodrow Elkins. She is survived by her husband Tyras McCoy, children whom she loved with all her heart, Ethan Tyler McCoy, Zachary Hunter McCoy, step-son Brad McCoy, by her mother Wanda Elkins, father Kelsey Elkins and brother Kelsey Ray. She will be sadly missed by her mom and dad and all her loving family. Funeral services will be conducted at 11:00 am Thursday November 2, 2017 at the Wallace Funeral Home & Chapel, Barboursville, by Elder Leonard Cremeans and Elder Donald Childers.
