Albert Keaton, 85, of Columbus, Ohio, formerly of Proctorville, Ohio, passed away Monday November 27, 2017 at Mt. Carmel East, Columbus, Ohio. He was born April 9, 1932 in Huntington, WV to the late Ellis and Dora Lucas Keaton. He retired from Wonder Bread Bakery and was a Korean War Army veteran. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife Odrey Sowards Keaton; a grandson John Mutter; and seven siblings Jean Bias, Lloyd Keaton, Dorothy Coyle, Betty Beckett, JoAnn Adkins, Anna Wellman, and Patricia Stapleton. He is survived by two daughters Renee (Robin) Lucas of Lancaster, Ohio and Jackie (Bill) Lester of Reynoldsburg, Ohio; one son David (Jamie) Keaton of Houston, TX, Ohio; six grandchildren; several great grandchildren; and three siblings Connie (Steve) Rito of Hampton, VA, Ellis (Wilma) Keaton of Hampton, VA, and James (Barbara) Keaton of Huntington, WV. Funeral service will be conducted 11 a.m. Saturday December 2, 2017 at Hall Funeral Home and Crematory, Proctorville, Ohio by Jerry Stephens. Burial will follow in Rome Cemetery, Proctorville, Ohio. Visitation will be held from 10 to 11 a.m. Saturday December 2, 2017 at the funeral home. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Mt. Carmel East Hospice, Columbus, Ohio.
