Kimball Junior Whitley, 88, of Proctorville, Ohio passed away Wednesday, April 18, 2018 at The Emogene Dolin Jones Hospice House, Huntington, WV. He was born March 7, 1930 in Lawrence County, Ohio. He was preceded in death by his parents, Kimball and Bessie Whitley; one daughter Vicki Lynn Whitley; and one brother Charlie Bill (Catherine) Whitley He is survived by his wife of 66 years, Cleora Miller Whitley; two sons Tony (Cindie) Whitley and Glenn (Hallie) Whitley; four grandchildren Matthew Whitley, Courtney Dailey, Justine Whitley and Lindsey Whitley; five great grandchildren; two brothers Lee (Fran) Whitley and Jack (Sharon) Whitley; three sisters Mabel (Jack) Schenk, Gloria (Darrell) Riley and Janie (Dan) Bonner all of Proctorville, Ohio; and also loved by lots of nieces and nephews. He retired from Houdaille Industries. Funeral service will be conducted 2 p.m. Saturday, April 21, 2018 at Hall Funeral Home and Crematory, Proctorville, Ohio by Pastor Robbie Jones. Burial will follow in Rome Cemetery, Proctorville, Ohio with military graveside rites by American Legion Post #93.
