Eddie Fulks, 81, of Crown City, Ohio, loving husband and father, passed away Thursday, May 3, 2018 at The Emogene Dolin Jones Hospice House, Huntington, WV. He was born November 5, 1936 in Lawrence County, Ohio son of the late Arnold Lee and Anna Mae Johnson Fulks. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by grandson Zachary Scott Fulks, and sister Georgia Nogle. He retired from Armco Steel and was owner of Eddie’s Knives. He was Superintendent and Deacon of Crown City Community Church. He was the former Mayor of Crown City and a former member of Crown City Fire Department with the life time membership award. He was Past Master of Ohio Valley Masonic Lodge #536 F & AM and a 32 degree Scottish Rite Mason. He was a Kentucky Colonel. He is survived by his wife Mary Jo Fulks; son Scott (Vicki Wren) Fulks of Columbus, Ohio; daughter Tammy (Terry) Copley of Crown City, Ohio; granddaughter Betty Jo Fulks of Huntington, WV; four great grandchildren; sister Sharon Jeffers of Rio Grande, Ohio; brother John C. (Margaret) Fulks of Crown City, Ohio; and his Crown City Community Church family. Funeral service will be conducted 2 p.m. Sunday, May 6, 2018 at Hall Funeral Home and Crematory, Proctorville, Ohio with Rev. Ralph Workman officiating. Burial will follow in Crown City Cemetery, Crown City, Ohio. Visitation will be held 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. Saturday, May 5, 2018 at the funeral home with Masonic Rites to be conducted at 7:45 p.m. Condolences may be expressed to the family at www.ehallfuneralhome.com.
