Dennis Joseph Goheen, 82, of Huntington, WV passed away Wednesday, May 9, 2018 at home. He was born March 6, 1936 in Huntington, WV son of the late Jeremiah and Clara Seiber Goheen. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by two sons Kevin Brian Goheen and Dennis Richard Goheen; one daughter Teresa Lynn Carroll; and granddaughter Amanda Brooke. He was a retired branch manager with United Technology A Carrier Corporation and a Cabell County Vo Tech teacher for 10 years. He was also owner of Comfort Zone Heating and Air Conditioning. He was a 1954 graduate of St. Joseph Catholic School and a member of St. Joseph Catholic Church. He was a U.S. Army Veteran and an avid RC enthusiast. He is survived by his wife of 62 years, Pat Adams Goheen; two sons Tim (Cheryl) Goheen of Huntington, WV and James (Allison) Goheen of Huntington, WV; numerous grand, great and great great grandchildren; one sister Carol Ann Mylar of Huntington, WV; and several nieces and nephews. Funeral service will be conducted 2 p.m. Monday, May 14, 2018 at Hall Funeral Home and Crematory, Proctorville, Ohio with Rev. Monsignor Dean G. Borgmeyer officiating. Burial will follow in Ridgelawn Memorial Park, Huntington, WV. Visitation will be held one hour prior to the service at the funeral home.
