Emmalene Morrison Davis Hanshaw, 88, of Culloden, passed away May 13, 2018 at the Emogene Dolin Jones Hospice House. Funeral services will be conducted at 11 a.m. Saturday, March 19, 2018 at the Wallace Funeral Home & Chapel, Barboursville by Pastor Tracy Call. Entombment will be in Forest Memorial Park, Milton. She was born January 2, 1930, in Ona, WV, a daughter of the late Frank and Emma Kirby Morrison. She was preceded in death by her husband, Darrell Hanshaw; six sisters, Mabel Waugh, Gladys Long, Mildred Waugh, May Delong, Bethel Campbell, and Mary Arthur; and three brothers, Ray Morrison, Frankie Morrison and Lloyd Morrison. She is survived by one daughter, Cheryl Davis Rose and her husband Marc; two grandchildren, Todd Wallace and Katie Rose; five great-grandchildren, Brian Wallace, Heaven Wallace, Summer Schroath, Alden Poti and Jewell Poti; one brother, Floyd “Frog” Morrison; and one sister, Sybillia Yates.
