Geneva Mae Chapman went home to be with her Lord on May 24, 2018 at the Lakeland Regional Health Medical Center in Lakeland, Fl. She was born on July 11, 1928 to Hysel and Edna (Swann) Wetherholt in Huntington, WV. Geneva graduated from Huntington East High School in 1946 and continued her education at Huntington School of Business. She was a long-time employee of the Chesapeake and Ohio Railway System. Geneva is survived by two daughters, Karen Sue Isaacs of Lakeland, FL., and Krista Lynn Hoaglin of Rockledge, Fl., five grandchildren, Brian Isaacs (WA), Tiffani Brown (FL), Erika Amara (FL), Samantha Hoaglin (FL), and Kassidy Hoaglin (FL), as well as her sister, Wilma Redman, and a niece, Nancy Redman both of Berrien Springs, MI and two nephews, Tom Redman and Michael (Rischelle) Redman both of Coloma, MI. There are also four surviving great-grandchildren, as well as two great-great grandchildren. Over the years, Geneva enjoyed crocheting, canning, tennis, water aerobics, and playing cards with her friends. She accepted Christ's salvation when she was a teenager and faithfully attended Victory Church in Lakeland. Geneva will be laid to rest at Ridgelawn Memorial Park in Huntington, West Virginia at a later date. Hall Funeral Home and Crematory, Proctorville, Ohio is assisting the family with arrangements.
