Jack Phillips, 76, of Huntington, WV passed away Saturday, June 23, 2018 at Cabell Huntington Hospital. He was preceded in death by his parents, Ralph and Zella (Charles) Phillips. Survivors include his daughter, Kathy Miller (Keith) – Blackberry City, WV; four siblings, Geraldine Bailey (William) – Lesage, WV, Deanna Armstrong - Huntington, WV, James Phillips (Judy) - Varney, WV, and Rodney Phillips (Margie) – Huntington, WV. Also surviving are two granddaughters, Brittany Nicole Slone (Jeremy) – Matewan, WV and Tonya Beth Milam (Brad) – Princeton, WV; one great granddaughter, Brinley Grace Slone; and numerous nieces and nephews. Jack retired as electrician from Kentucky Carbon in Phelps, KY. He was a member of the United Mine Workers of America. There will be a graveside service 11:00 am, Friday, June 29, 2018, at Rome and Proctorville Cemetery, Proctorville, Ohio, with Pastor Tim Arthur officiating. Burial will follow.
