Jacqueline S. “Jackie” Copeland, 69, of Chesapeake, VA formerly of Chesapeake, Ohio passed away Wednesday, July 25, 2018 at home. She was born December 30, 1948 in Cabell County, WV daughter of the late Paul and Mary Layne Fletcher. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, James Alvin Copeland; and daughter Olivea Ann Pemberton. She is survived by her daughter and son-in-law Betty and John Runyon; and two grandchildren James McDermott and Natasha Knight. She was of Baptist faith. Funeral service will be conducted 11 a.m. Saturday, July 28, 2018 at Hall Funeral Home and Crematory, Proctorville, Ohio. Burial will follow at Miller Memorial Gardens, Miller, Ohio.
