Arnold Albert Richardson, 90, of Huntington, WV passed away Sunday, September 2, 2018 at home. He was born October 12, 1927 in Huntington, WV son of the late James Albert and Elsie Pearl Henderson Richardson. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife, Della Burns Richardson; and a brother Allen Richardson. He was a member of Lewis Memorial Baptist Church. He was a U.S. Army Veteran serving in WWII and retired from U.S. Army Corps of Engineers with over 38 years of service. He is survived by a sister-in-law Carol Richardson; two nephews Michael (Suzy) Richardson and Jim (Kathy) Richardson; one niece Peggy (Brian) Shepherd; and a host of great nieces and nephews. A graveside service will be held 2 p.m. Friday, September 7, 2018 at Miller Memorial Gardens, Miller, Ohio. Burial will follow. Proctorville V.F.W. Post 6878 will conduct military graveside rites.
