Robert Beckner Fullerton, III, 63, of Chesapeake, Ohio went to be with the Lord on Sunday, September 16, 2018 at home. He was a member of First Huntington Christian Baptist Church of Guyandotte. He was born on July 6, 1955 in Sarasota, FL son of the late Betty Jean Hensley Hamm and the late Robert Beckner Fullerton, II. In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by his mother and father-in-law Edith Mooney Broughton and A. Kelly Broughton; sister Wynoka Marie Fullerton; uncle D. Everett Fullerton; two brothers-in-law Talmage J. Gibson and Leland K. Fulks. He is survived by his wife and best friend Kathy of Chesapeake, Ohio; daughter and son-in-law Angie and David Lambert of Chesapeake, Ohio; one sister Leona (Alan) Tentoff of Wilmington, NC; one brother William “Bill” Hamm and friend Shelia Ramey; brother and sister-in-laws Arlene Fulks of Deering, OH, Clareda (KoKo) Gibson of South Point, OH, A.Wayne (Carole) Broughton of South Point, OH and Steven (Paula) Broughton of Hurricane, WV; grandchildren Dustin Jackson and friend Samantha Mason of Chesapeake, OH, Austin Lambert of NC, Chasity Lambert (Wayne Atkins) of NC, Kaileigh Lambert of NC, Joseph (Joey) Jackson of Chesapeake, OH and Kayla Smith of Huntington, WV; three great grandchildren Nevaeh, Aaliyah and Bentley (arriving January, 2019); six nieces and nephews, Madeline (Bill) Bodsworth, Lara (Jeff) Keller, Michael (Jessie) Tentoff, Cynthia (Joe) Mays, Anthony (Kelsea) Tentoff, one very special nephew Tommy (Rosie) Ruggles; 13 great nieces and nephews; aunt Barbara Wood of CA; and a host of family and friends. The family would like to thank Hospice of Portsmouth, Ohio and AAA 7 (Passport) especially Lisa, Chad, Tammy, Natasha and Pauline. Funeral service will be conducted 2 p.m. Thursday, September 20, 2018 at Hall Funeral Home and Crematory, Proctorville, Ohio with Pastor Delbert Dixon officiating. Burial will follow in Miller Memorial Gardens, Miller, Ohio. Visitation will be held one hour prior to the service at the funeral home.
