Charlotte Ruth Meachem, 50, of Huntington, WV formerly of Proctorville, Ohio went to be with the Lord on Wednesday, September 19, 2018 at St. Mary’s Medical Center, Huntington, WV. She was born October 1, 1967 in Cabell County, WV. She is survived by her husband of 30 years, Mike Meachem; two daughters Ashley and Jackie Meachem of Proctorville, Ohio; her parents Charles and Bonnie Dennison of Proctorville, Ohio; two brothers Eric (Janice) Dennison of Proctorville, Ohio and Charlie (Valerie) Dennison of Willow Wood, Ohio; two sisters Angie (Ed) Heffner of Chesapeake, Ohio and Becky (Sam) Locey of Proctorville, Ohio; several nieces and nephews; and special friends Jon and Tory Doty. She was preceded in death by one son Michael Meachem; and grandparents Albert and Erma Ferguson. She was a Manager at Proctorville McDonalds for 19 years. She was a helpful, loving member of her community. She never met a stranger that she didn’t care about or want to help. She will be deeply missed. Funeral service will be conducted 1 p.m. Monday, September 24, 2018 at Hall Funeral Home and Crematory, Proctorville, Ohio with Pastor Gordon Simpson officiating. Burial will follow in Rome Cemetery, Proctorville, Ohio. Visitation will be held 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. Sunday, September 23, 2018 at the funeral home.
