1927 - 2018
 Jewell Elizabeth Cooper Meadows, 91, of Milton, W.Va., went home to be with the Lord on Friday, December 14, 2018 at the Emogene Dolin Jones Hospice House. She was born on November 30, 1927 in Cabell County. She was the last surviving daughter of the late Asa and Bertie Hensley Cooper. She is also preceded in death by her husband Ordie Paul Meadows; one son, Paul Arthur Meadows. She is survived by one son, Michael Kent Meadows; one daughter, Angela Carol Meadows Fraley (Denzel); four grandchildren, Tammy Plank, Shawn Fraley, Jodi Chandler and Michael Meadows; nine great grandchildren, Christopher, Lindsay, Mikhayla, McKenna, Dylon, Tyler, Kyle, Brittany and Destiny; and five great-great grandchildren. Funeral services will be conducted 2 p.m. Sunday, December 16, 2018 at Wallace Funeral Home, Milton with Pastor Windell Shull and Minister David Gladwell officiating. Burial will follow in Forest Memorial Park, Milton. Friends may visit from 6 to 8 p.m. Saturday, December 15, 2018 at the funeral home.
