Joe Allen Webb, 63, of Proctorville, Ohio passed away Thursday, September 2, 2021 in St. Mary’s Medical Center, Huntington, WV. He was born December 16, 1957 in Huntington, WV son of the late Ernest and Mable Adams Webb. Along with his parents, he was preceded in death by two brothers, Ballard Webb and Ronnie Dale Webb; and a sister Barbara Bourgeoise. Joe is survived by his wife of 45 years, Christine Webb; three children, Joe Allen (Leslie) Webb, II, Phillip Webb (Jess) and Veronica (John) Swain; five grandchildren, Eric Webb, Pamela Williams, Riddoc Webb, Joe Allen Webb, III and Xander Webb; three siblings, Dennis Webb, Norman Webb (Pat) and Bernard Webb; and numerous nieces, nephews, family and friends. He was a member of Proctorville Masonic Lodge #550 F & AM. Funeral service will be conducted 2 p.m. Saturday, September 4, 2021 at Hall Funeral Home and Crematory, Proctorville, Ohio with Pastor Tom Jones officiating. Burial will follow in Miller Memorial Gardens, Miller, Ohio. Visitation will be held one hour prior to the service at the funeral home.
