Carl Michael "Mike" Lunsford, 70, of Ona, WV, passed away May 6, 2024. He was born May 20, 1953, in Huntington, WV, son of the late Carl Lunsford and Pansy Chapman Lunsford. He is survived by his wife, Jackie Tassen Lunsford; two daughters, Stephanie Dawn Lunsford and Lori Dawn White and Matthew Browning; one son, Michael Stephen Lunsford and Keitina; grandchildren, Ella McClure, Colby Callihan, Michael and Elayna Lunsford, Shea and Kyra White, Kirsten White and Natalie Browning; and two great-grandchildren, Carah Callihan and Reeve White. Visitation will be from 11:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. Friday, May 10, 2024, at Wallace Funeral Home, Milton. Services will follow at 2 p.m. Friday at the Forest Memorial Park Mausoleum, Milton. I worked with Mike for years and I can’t say enough about how much support and assistance Mike was on a daily basis. Mike would do anything you ask of him and I’m sure the other folks that worked with him felt the same way. my thoughts and prayers are with Mike’s family and friends, as they start this journey. May God grant each of you the strength and peace of Christ.
