RUTHIE MAY KENDRICK, 75, of Huntington died Thursday, August 8, 2002, at her residence. Funeral services will be conducted 2 p.m. Sunday, August 11, 2002, at Henson Mortuary by the Rev. Brady K. Lipscomb. Burial follows in Bowen Cemetery. She was born August 4, 1927, in Huntington, daughter of the late Robert and Rosie Boncutter Kendrick. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by two sisters, Lucille France and Louvella Clett. She retired from Owens-Illinois Glass Co. Surviving are three sons, Kenneth Kendrick and his wife Linda, Darrell C. Kendrick and Rickey Allen Kendrick, all of Huntington; two brothers and spouses, Robert and Madeline Kendrick and Richard and Carol Kendrick, all of Columbus, Ohio; four grandchildren, Michael and Amber Kendrick of Huntington, Rebecca Schell of York, S.C., and Angela Kendrick of Columbus, Ohio; one great-grandchild, Marissa Schell of York, S.C.; and special friends Sandi Beach and Mary Roberts.
