IVAN BILLS, 79, of Proctorville, Ohio, passed away Monday, December 9, 2002, in Morris Memorial Nursing Home, Milton. Graveside service will be 11 a.m. Thursday, December 12, 2002, at Spring Hill Cemetery with the Rev. James Bolen officiating. He was born Jan. 1, 1923, in Huntington, son of the late John Hurston and Cynthia Lucas Bills. He was also preceded in death by two wives; two brothers, Othar and Clarence Bills; and two infant sisters. Mr. Bills was a retired machinist. He is survived by a sister, Mrs. Dorothy Swanson of Proctorville, Ohio; three brothers, Cline Bills of Ashland, Va., Kermit Bills of San Antonio, Texas, and William Bills of Omaha, Neb.; and a host of nieces and nephews.
