We are so sorry to hear about Bob. We both thought an awful lot of him. Our family is experiencing the flu, so we couldn't make it to the funeral home. Again, we are so sorry. Let us know Virginia if we can do anything for you.

I first knew Bob when I was 14 and taking Judo at the Huntington YMCA in 1970. He looked like a giant. He was a giant of kindness. Over the years each time I saw Bob he always remembered me and asked about my friend Terry who also took Judo. I know there are hundreds like myself who Bob helped shape with honesty and friendship. He made a difference in my life and I will miss him. People like Bob have made this world a better place and there are not that many of them that you come in contact in life.
