Mr. William Herbert Sweet,92,of huntington, died Friday February 20, 2004, in St. Mary's Medical Center. He was born April 24, 1911, in Bayonne,N.J., a son of the late William John & Viola Mae Anson Sweet.He graduated from Lafayette College, Easton,Pa, with a Bachelor of Science Degree. He was president of his graduating class; active in athletics, where he was recognized for his play; a member of Bates Memorial Presbyterian Church. He was retired from Management form Inco. Survivors include his wife of 62 years, Eleanor Carlyn Everett Sweet; three daughters,Carol Bartlett- Tucson,Ariz, Lois Beuttel- Winston-Salem N.C., and Janet Linville- Berea,Ky.; six grandchildren, 2-greatgrandchildren: Graveside services to be held at alater date in LOcust Hill Cemetery,Wharton,N.J.
