Mrs. Vivian G. Wilburn, of Springdale,Ohio, formerly of Barboursville died Monday December 13, 2004, at Hospice of Cincinnati in Blue Ash. Funeral services will be held Saturday, December 18, 2004, Henson Mortuary,Pea Ridge at 2:00 p.m, with Rev. Tom Nolan, officiating Burial will follow in White Chapel Memorial Garden, Barboursville, She was born February 16, 1914, Kingwood,W.va. a daughter of the late Charles and Mayme Hammond Groves. She was preceded by herb husband Dr. D. Banks Wilburn. Survivors include (1) son and Dauhter-in-law, Donald & Betsy Wilburn, Chapel Hill N.C, (2) daughters and son-in-laws Carolyn & Patrick Judd, Springdale, Md, JoAnne & Lacy Jones, Spriungdale, Ohio, (7) Grandchildren, (5) GreatGrandchildren, later in life she became a LPN and was employed at Cabell-Huntington Hospital, where she trained volunteers and worked in the emergency room.Contributions may be made to Hospice of Cincinnati, 4310 Cooper Road, Cincinnati, Ohio, 45242.
