Ruby, Barbara, "Juddie" and families,
I felt deep sorrow when Mom told me of O'dell's death. We returned from the Lake late last night where we spent the long week-end. Mom was very sad as she talked about our growing up and how it entwined with your lives. She was so moved by Ruby having Stevie Judd call her. I have such fond memories of great times at your home and of the ever-present love of Ruby and O'dell. Jennifer is out of town and Catherine/George are recovering from the loss of his mother in Maine. P;ease know that our love and prayers will be with you tomorrow and as you try to return to your daily lives.
Love, Stephanie

We are so sorry about your loss, and sorry we could not attend the visitation. I'll always remember him helping us with our youth hayride at Joe Leadmon's farm. May God grant you comfort during this time.
Our prayers are with you.

Uncle Odell was my favorite uncle. He was easy going and so much fun. He always had a smile for me. I will never forget a vacation to Indiana with our two families when I was a little kid. Odell was a wonderful person. It was so obvious that he loved Ruby and his family so much. He will be missed. Doreen

I'm sorry to hear this news. I worked around Hershel at Goodyear and learned a lot from him. He was an enjoyable person to talk to. He is the first person I can remember actually retiring from the factory.
