BILLY EDWARD PAULEY, 87, of Huntington, W.Va., passed away Wednesday, September 7,2005, at the home of a daughter in Barboursville. Funeral service will be 2 p.m. Saturday, September 10, 2005, at White Chapel Memorial Gardens Mausoleum Chapel, Barboursville. Interment will follow. He was born February 17, 1918, in Mullens, W.Va., son of the late Frederick and Bertha E. Harris Pauley. He was a charter member of Bates Memorial Presbyterian Church; a life member of Plumbers Local #521, and of VFW #1064, who will assist In chapel services. He was veteran of World War II as a member of the U.S. Army Air Corps. Surviving are two daughters and a son-In-law, Mary Lou Racer of Barboursville, and Phyllis and Roger Merritt of Barboursville; three grandchildren, Sue Racer of Teays Valley, Joe Racer of Barboursville and Velvadena Adkins of Barboursville; and a special granddaughter, Brenda Walters.Contributions may be directed to Bates Memorial Church Memorial Fund, Jefferson Park Drive and Pea Ridge Road, Huntington, WV 25705, or the charity of your choosing. Friends will be received from 1 to 1 :45 p.m. Saturday, September 10,2005, at Henson Mortuary, Barboursvllle. Condolences may be expressed to the family at www.tlmeformemory.com

My Heart and Prayers continue to be with you and Phyllis and family. I have such good memories thanks to your Mother and Father and am so thankful of how they have enriched my life. You have so much to be proud of! In your time of sorrow I know God will hold your heart.
