Dear Mike, We were so saddened to hear about Becky. We know that the void you feel will never be completely filled, but what comfort to know "where" she now is. When my mother passed away there were two things that helped me through the very tough time. First, the knowledge that she was with Jesus and I KNEW I would see her again. Secondly, I had built up this "scrapbook of memories" over the years of her life and my time with her and I called on these memories to help me to remember and celebrate her life. I know that you must have that same "memory scrapbook" of Becky and I hope it will be a comfort to you, as well. We remember with fondness the good old "Highlawn Baptist" days when we had Bible Studies and the fun times we had going sledding on your property, as you were in the process of building your new home. Becky's beautiful smile and compassionate heart was always an inspiration to us. She was a VERY special human being. Please know that you and your family are very much now, and will continue to be, in our thoughts and prayers. In Christian Love, Sally and Lee

Since learning of my dear friend's death she has not been far from my thoughts. When I think of Becky I think of her bright smile, her warm hugs and the fountain of encouragement that welled up from the depths of her soul. I have told friends that she bore grace to all around her, but I then read the simple words, "She was a homemaker," and thought, "YES!" Becky had the gift of making all of us feel like her family, and together she and Mike have given us all the example, the vision and hope of a family's possibilities. The beauty of her soul is burned into the fiber of my life, and I am forever blessed in knowing this great woman of God. She bore the face of Jesus to many, and that light continues on in all of you. You are in our hearts and prayers and we thank God for every remembrance of you. May the grace and peace of the Lord Jesus Christ sustain you and carry you on into God's bright hope where we shall all meet again. Amen!
