Dear Charles Hatcher, I just returned from out of town and learned of the passing of your father. I am very sorry for your loss and know you'll miss him. While developing River Place, he and I would talk on a regular basis. I really got to know him and he was such a very fine man. I always enjoyed talking with him and tried to help him every time I could. He and your Mother would frequently walk around River Place. I will sure miss him. If I could do anything for you, please give me a call. Dr. Mark Davis 304-417-3800
