He was born October 26, 1962 in Pittsburgh,Pa a son of Andrew Cubic of Ephrath,Pa and Dolores "Dee" Soho Butler- of Huntington. Funeral services will be Monday, May 22,2006 at 10:00A.M. at Henson Mortuary, by Re. Jeffrey Wick. Burial will follow in White Chapel Memorial Garden
