Mrs. Johe, Leslie, Janet, and Jim, What a wonderful man your dad was. I was so sad when my mom told me that he had passed. I am so glad though that his suffering is over! My memories of him are so dear...his smile, the twinkle in his eye, and his incredible generosity. I will never forget his phone call and offer to give Jeff and I airline points when my dad was so sick so we could come in from Texas. How kind he was! You are all in my thoughts and prayers! Love, Jill Field

Dear Bert and Family, I am so sorry to hear of Bill's passing. Our friendship goes back many years as young families in Tallwood. Bill always had a smile and never fail to say,"How are you doing, Honey?" That meant so much to me in these past years. God's grace is sufficient to see you through the difficult days ahead. You will be in my thoughts and prayers. Peggy Saunders

“He is Gone" You can shed tears that he is gone or you can smile because he has lived. You can close your eyes and pray that he’ll come back or you can open your eyes and see all he has left. Your heart can be empty because you can’t see him or you can be full of the love you shared. You can turn your back on tomorrow and live yesterday or you can be happy for tomorrow because of yesterday. You can remember him and only that he’s gone or you can cherish his memories and let them live on. You can cry and close your mind, be empty and turn your back or you can do what he’d want: smile, open your eyes, love and go on. Author unknown
