TINA ANNA MAE BUTCHER, 41, of Shadyside, Ohio, formerly of Huntington, died Monday in Bellaire Community Hospital. Survivors include her mother, Alta Adkins of Huntington; two sons, Robert Donato and Richard Sandoval, both of Shadyside, Ohio; a grandson, Robert Donato Jr.; two sisters, Vivian Kay Hamilton and Tammy Ann Hamilton, both of West Hamlin; one brother, James Michael Butcher of Warren, Ohio; and her grandmother, Mary Ann Adkins of Ona. Funeral services will be conducted 2 p.m. Saturday at Henson Mortuary, Barboursville; burial in White Chapel Memorial Gardens, Barboursville. Friends may call from 6 to 9 p.m. today at the funeral home.
