Billy Steven Arthur, 69, of Milton, passed away December 1, 2025. He was born September 4, 1956, in Huntington, WV, son of Deloris Mae Rowsey Arthur of Milton and the late Billy Marine Arthur. He is survived by his wife, Sandra Grant Arthur; two sons, Mark Arthur (Randi Dee) of Westbrook, Maine, and Ryan Arthur; one sister, Teressa McCallister (Vernon); one brother, Larry Arthur; five grandchildren, Zackary Arthur (Hayley), Alex Arthur (Kaleigh), Adam Arthur (Tori), Kayla Arthur (Brent), and Kristen Arthur; two precious great-grandchildren Greyson and Paisley; nieces, Jessica McCallister and Andrea Childers; and a host of family and friends. Visitation will be from 6 to 8 p.m. Thursday at Wallace Funeral Home, Milton. Funeral services will be conducted at 1 p.m. Friday, December 5, 2025, at Wallace Funeral Home, Milton, with Gene Parsons officiating. Burial will be in Forest Memorial Park, Milton.
