We only learned today of Bobby's passing. We were schoolmates of his at HHS. We are shocked and saddened by this news. We did not even know he was ill. In school, Bobby was always kind and caring and a perfect gentleman. I'll bet he was an excellent teacher. We are so sorry for your family's loss. He will be missed.

Dear Ones, I have known Bob since his first days of teaching in Wayne County. He and I taught together at the old Ceredo-Kenova High School and at Spring Valley High School. Bob was next door to me at Spring Valley High School and his wit, kindness and caring ways were a great help to me. When things got tough, Bob always could see through the situation. In all the years I have taught, Bob is one of the very few people I have known that his students and colleagues had only the best things to say about him. What a great guy he was. You're in my prayers. Vernon Shy

Dearest Susan and family, I know tha pain and emptiness you are sharing. I lost my husband, Dick, in January. Memories and time. All I can offer you, other than my sympathies, is to stand still and let God move. He will sustain you. He was a good man and I remember my days at Crossroads and the choir. What a beautiful voice. Love and prayers

I had Mr. Wyant for a couple classes during my years at Vinson High School. I always remembered him as a very considerate and caring man. He often times took interest in his students lives away from school. I had very good conversations about numerous subjects with Mr. Wyant. I have never forgotten some of the life lessons that he shared with me that helped me steer life in the right direction. I am sorry for your loss and your family will remain in my thoughts and prayers. I will never forget Mr. Wyant and all the positive influence that he provided us students.... Robert Lewis A.S.
